Returned products must be undamaged and have all their original components. Please note that you are responsible for return postage and that the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Move Alive Media has complete confidence in the quality of our professional DVD production service. However, in the unlikely event that you find your DVD is defective within 90 days of purchase, you may return it for an immediate replacement of the same product which we will send you without additional charge. Please note that you will need to return the original DVD for quality control purposes.
